    Agreement to Terms

    By using Sealed™ services or our website (sealednow.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

    Our Services

    Sealed™ provides professional paver sealing services including cleaning, sanding, and sealing of outdoor surfaces like driveways, patios, pool decks, and walkways.

    All services are performed by licensed and insured contractors who follow The Sealed Method™ standards.

    Estimates & Pricing

    Our instant estimates are based on information you provide. Final pricing may change if:

    • The actual scope differs from the estimate
    • Additional repairs are needed
    • You request add-on services

    Any price changes are discussed and approved by you before work begins.

    Deposits & Payment

    We require a 40% deposit to reserve your service date. This deposit is applied to your total and covers materials and scheduling.

    The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. We accept all major credit cards through Stripe.

    Scheduling & Cancellation

    Once scheduled, you may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your service date for a full refund.

    Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. See our Refund Policy for details.

    Property Access

    You agree to provide clear access to the service area on your scheduled date. This includes:

    • Moving vehicles from driveways
    • Providing gate codes or keys if needed
    • Removing personal items from the work area

    Our Guarantee

    All Sealed™ services include our 18-Month No-Fail Guarantee. See our Guarantee page for full details.

    Limitation of Liability

    Sealed™ is not liable for pre-existing damage to pavers, including cracks, chips, or settling that occurred before our service.

    Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

    Dispute Resolution

    If you have a concern, contact us first at support@sealednow.com. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.

    If we can't resolve a dispute directly, you agree to binding arbitration in the state of Florida.

    Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
