Refund Policy

    We keep this simple. Here's exactly what happens if you need to cancel or if something goes wrong.

    Cancellation Before Service

    48+ hours before your service date

    Full refund of your deposit. No questions asked.

    Less than 48 hours before

    50% of deposit refunded, or full credit toward rescheduling. We've already purchased materials and blocked time for your job.

    Day of service / No-show

    Deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied as credit toward a future service within 6 months.

    Weather Delays

    If we need to reschedule due to weather (rain, storms), there's no penalty to you. We'll work with you to find the next available date that works.

    Not Satisfied With the Work?

    If you're not happy with the finished job, tell us within 7 days. We'll come back and make it right—free of charge.

    Our 18-Month No-Fail Guarantee covers sealer failure (peeling, hazing, flaking) for the full warranty period. See our Guarantee page for details.

    How to Request a Refund

    1. Email us at support@sealednow.com with your name and service date
    2. We'll confirm your refund amount within 1 business day
    3. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
