    • We never start earlier than scheduled without your approval

    • Morning-of update when we're on our way
    • Post-service follow-up with aftercare instructions

    Property Protection

    • We cover or protect nearby plants and landscaping
    • We're careful around vehicles, furniture, and personal items
    • Any accidental damage is reported immediately and resolved

    Cleanliness

    • All equipment is removed when we leave
    • Work area is cleaned and rinsed
    • No debris, sand piles, or equipment left behind
    • Your property looks better than when we arrived
