Every Sealed™ service comes with our 18-Month Performance Assurance. If your sealer fails within 18 months — peeling, hazing, flaking, or joint sand washing out — we come back and fix it at no cost.

What's Covered
- Peeling or flaking of the sealer
- White hazing or cloudiness
- Delamination (sealer lifting off surface)
- Joint sand failure (washout, erosion)
- Significant color fading beyond normal wear
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage to pavers (cracks, chips, settling)
- Stains from oil, rust, or chemical spills
- Damage from pressure washing (by you or others)
- Normal traffic wear patterns
- Issues caused by improper aftercare
Note: Pre-existing conditions documented before service are not covered.
How to Submit a Claim
Email us with photos of the issue and your service date. We respond within 2 business days.
We schedule an inspection or repair. If we can't fix it, you get your money back.
